What We
Actually Train.

Speed isn't just about running fast — it's about running correctly. Victor's approach starts with a movement assessment to identify mechanical inefficiencies, then systematically builds every component of elite speed from the ground up.

Phase 01

Starting Mechanics

Your first three steps determine your entire acceleration. Victor builds proper stance, drive phase mechanics, and force application so every sprint starts with maximum efficiency.

Phase 02

Acceleration

The transition from start to full speed is where most athletes lose time. We drill forward lean, stride frequency, and ground contact patterns until acceleration becomes automatic.

Phase 03

Top-End Velocity

Maximum speed training focuses on stride mechanics, arm action, and the relaxation that allows full velocity expression. For athletes whose sport demands all-out speed.

Phase 04

Change of Direction

Deceleration, plant mechanics, and re-acceleration. The ability to change direction without losing speed is a skill — one that Victor has broken down into teachable, trainable components.
